If you wish to become a volunteer monitor for the Wood County Gift Exchange, you must meet the following criteria:

1. 21 years old.

2. Submit to a background check that includes fingerprinting. This is done at the Wood County Sheriff’s Department. State and local background checks are included. There is no cost to the potential volunteer.

3. Provide 3 valid references along with your application.

4. Complete a 3-hour training session; plus 6 hour of additional training every year. Both are provided by the Wood County Gift Exchange Program.
